Does Strawberry Square have a Master Insurance Policy (also called Blanket Insurance)?

No, Strawberry Square does not have a Master Insurance Policy. Each homeowner must carry their own fire and liability insurance commonly referred to as HO3 type of insurance. DO NOT get HO6 (Condominium) type of insurance as we are NOT condominiums but individually owned townhouse. The SSHOA carries insurance for the common area only (clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, streets and walkways, etc.) which includes Liability, Fidelity Bond and Director's and Officer's Liability.
